We don’t keep a warehouse of pre-cut vests. Every order is cut, stitched and finished for the rider who placed it.

    Our story

    We only make vests. One product. Twenty years.

    Since 2005 we’ve made one thing: leather vests for riders. No jackets, no belts, no bags. Doing one thing for twenty years is how we cut every vest to order, carry sizes up to 8XL, and sew your club patches on before the vest ever leaves us.

    Every LMCV vest is designed and made by our own manufacturing team, who work on vests every day. Finished vests ship from our warehouse in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, to riders across the US and around the world. Our MC and biker vests come with a solid back panel for rockers and a center patch, and can be built with side lacing, concealed carry pockets or a shearling collar.

    The brandWho is Leather MC Vest?

    LMCV has made custom leather vests for riders since 2005, and vests are the only thing we make. Every vest is designed and made to order by our own team and shipped from our warehouse in Phillipsburg, New Jersey.

    Made to orderAre your vests really made to order?

    Yes. We don’t carry pre-made inventory. Every vest is cut and stitched after your order is placed, using fresh leather selected for your build.

    SizingCan I order a vest in my own measurements?

    Yes. Choose a standard size (men’s S to 8XL, women’s XS to 5XL), or send your chest, waist and back length and we cut the vest to them. If it doesn’t match what you sent, we remake it free.

    LeatherWhat leather do you use?

    Mostly full-grain cowhide for its durability and abrasion resistance. Lambskin is offered for fashion and women’s styles, and buffalo and shearling for premium and cold-weather vests.

    PatchesHow much do custom patches cost?

    Each patch we sew on is $35. Tell us where each patch goes using the placement numbers: chest, lower front, top rocker, center patch, bottom rocker, or anywhere else you describe.

    Your designCan I send my own design?

    Yes. Upload your artwork or email it to support@leathermcvest.com with your order number. A vest made with your own design is $40 extra, plus $35 for each patch we sew on.

    DeliveryHow long does a custom vest take?

    Production takes about 8 business days. US orders arrive in about 3 to 4 weeks door to door. International delivery time depends on the destination.

    Shipping & returnsDo you ship worldwide, and what if it doesn’t fit?

    Yes. US orders ship locally from New Jersey with free shipping over $300, and we ship worldwide including Canada, the UK, Germany and Austria. Because every vest is made for one buyer, we don’t accept general returns, but if it doesn’t match your specs or has a defect we remake or repair it free.
